Return Policies

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  Training programs must be returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

Online Ordering

Currently, only U.S. and Canadian residents may order online. Non-U.S. residents should call 800-886-4109 to make your purchase via telephone.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders can be processed through our shopping cart - just select "Purchase Order" as your payment method.  Purchase orders are subject to VGI Training’s terms and conditions.  If you have questions about a pending purchase order, please call 1-800-886-4109.

Appropriate sales tax is added for Texas residents.
